Qualifications

Involved in the building trades for over 20 years, I am a member in good standing of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and possess my Michigan Residential Builders License.

Although the State of Michigan does not require home inspectors to be licensed, I was professionally trained for Home Inspections at Triton College in Chicago, Illinois and am certified by, InterNACHI, the largest organization of certified home inspectors in North America. 

All inspections are conducted in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice and the NACHI Code of Ethics.
